I was asked by McCann to be one of three Creative Jurors to brainstorm and judge ways to reinvent the future of the postal service and innovate on the classic USPS Blue Box. The result, a completely new for people to engage with and send their mail. Using their voice, customers use their unique voice “stamp” (tied to their USPS account) as currency to send their mail. This led to a Google partnership connecting the USPS development team to Google Maps and Assistant product teams that helped connect Google and USPS APIs.
The Smart Blue Box debuted at CES and won a Silver Innovation Lion at Cannes.
